Return Policy

To avoid additional fees and ensure refund, please read, understand and comply with the ENTIRE Return Policy on this page and follow the outlined requirements below. Please note that Process and handling will not be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for a refund to process after your return package has been received by our warehouse.

  • Contact customer service by phone +1-617-379-0023, +1-800 585-9505¬†or email at customerservice@audyglobal.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #).
  • Return must include original product with all contents, packing slip and reason for return.
  • Name, Address, Order No. and RMA# must be clearly written/printed on the outside of box.
  • Must be shipped via track able shipping method to the address provided with the issuance of the RMA#

Please note that all returns require a return authorization number and must be shipped via a trackable shipping method. Returns not received within 15 days after RMA is issued will not be refunded. Processing and Handling fees are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be processed if the RMA is issued within 30 days of purchase.
